As our first Project Coordinator, you are imperative to the success and smooth execution of our projects, and the satisfaction of our Clients. This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of a rapidly growing interior design firm with room to grow in the same role or to transition to the design side. Who Dis?

A Team Player: You contribute, listen, and are always seeking opportunities to help those around you. You have a contagious personality and live your life treating everyone you meet with loads of dignity and respect. This is a true team environment – we are looking for someone who is always willing to lend a hand (like, literally), and relishes in the satisfaction of staying on top of all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our firm ticking.

Relentless: Nothing excites you more than keeping your to-do list crossed off each day. When it comes to tracking things down, you do so with persistent vigor. You don’t just follow up by email, you call, text and even show up in person when you have to!  When it comes to holding vendors accountable for late, missing, or damaged shipments you have an uncanny ability to work with people and reconcile the situation with grace, but sometimes pull out your “velvet hammer” when called for.

Detail Oriented: Your friends and family probably call you a “perfectionist” and would describe you as reliable, organized, and never missing a beat. You have a true love for organization, orderly detail, and always operate under the motto “measure twice, cut once”. Our work is very dependent upon accurate notes, measurements, and data entry for order placements and deliveries.

A Contributor: You get joy from making contributions and significantly impacting the firm and those around you. You know that creating a beautiful, glamorous space sometimes isn’t always a beautiful, glamorous process – and that’s okay! Simply put - you work hard, get things done and love doing what you do with a smile.

Driven and Self-Motivated: You are open and willing to receive direction and are able to run with that to complete your given tasks. You don’t require hand-holding or micro-managing (because ain’t nobody got time for that). You are motivated to do your job to the best of your ability and go above and beyond when needed.

Ok… so yes, we do have some boring resume requirements…

  • 1-2 years of experience at a professional interior design, showroom, or other role in the industry (design industry experience helpful, but not required)

  • Incredible attention to detail and organization skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills (both with Vendors and Clients)

  • Excels at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Must be a team player and willing to chip in when needed

  • Ability to express your ideas clearly, while also being able to take direction and feedback

...And Major KUDOS if you have these skills as well!

  • Auto CAD skills (additional drafting and rendering abilities is a +)

  • Experience with Studio Webware or other Interior Design accounting software

  • Strong Adobe Photoshop skills

  • Strong Visual / Graphic designs skills

  • Strong Blogging and Copywriting skills

  • Knowledge of Trade resources

  • Experience with social media marketing

  • Experience with email marketing and sales tools

The fun stuff… this is our passion… we love to take care of our people!

  • A festive and supportive culture that lives and breathes the motto “work hard, play hard”

  • Annual year-end bonus structure tied to individual and company performance

  • Insurance coverage contribution from day one

  • Top tier laptop, wireless mouse, wireless keyboard, and a massive monitor

  • Unique opportunity to be a part of a growing interior design firm

  • Lots of room for growth and career upside!

  • Lots of Happy Hours/dinners with design reps/vendors, and Team Movie Days (duh!)
